WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?
We typically process orders between 1-2 business days. Then based on your location, you should receive within 3-6 business days once shipped.


STANDARD SHIPPING RATES
Our rates are based on USPS and UPS rates depending on your location, weight of product and total order amount.


WHAT SHIPPING SERVICE DO YOU USE?
We utilize USPS and UPS primarily but if you’d like us to ship your order another way please contact us at Shop@AtwaterBeer.com


DO WE SHIP EVERYWHERE?
Unfortunately, we do not ship Internationally, to Alaska or Hawaii at this time. If you are interested in shipping to those locations, please call us at 1-888-534-6437 so we can provide you with a shipping quote.


I CAN’T GET ATWATER WHERE I LIVE. CAN I HAVE IT DIRECTLY SHIPPED TO ME FROM THE BREWERY? HELP!
Sorry, we cannot ship Atwater products directly to customers. Federal and state laws require that we sell our beer to distributors, who in turn can sell the beer to the retail stores where customers can buy it.


COVID-19 SHIPPING UPDATE
COVID-19 Shipping Update: Due to the current global pandemic and events beyond our control, USPS is currently experiencing shipping delays. Your package may be held by the carrier for delivery at a later date while they work to keep safety top of mind. Please be sure to monitor your tracking details once your order has been shipped and reach out to USPS for more information if your order is delayed.

RETURNS POLICY


We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase from Atwater Brewery, but we understand that on occasion the item you get may not be the correct size, color or what you expect. We're happy to accept a return or exchange of any merchandise that doesn't meet your satisfaction. Use this 3-step method to return merchandise.

2: Based on the return situation we will email you a return label to print and ship via UPS or USPS to:

3: Damaged or missing items must be reported with 48 hours of receiving the delivery. Returns/exchanges must be received within 30 days of invoice. Atwater Brewery does not assume responsibility of shipping cost unless due to our error.
